Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within India. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after order verification and payment clearance. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The delivery timeframes mentioned are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

Order Processing

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, if available. This will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of India.

Shipping Restrictions

Some remote locations or pin codes may require additional delivery time or may be unserviceable. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Damaged Items in Transit

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately via the contact form on our website. Please save all packaging materials and provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Wishing Chair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will provide the proof of delivery to the provided address. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.

Customs and Import Duties

For domestic orders within India, no customs or import duties are applicable.
