Refund Policy

Our products are handmade individually, and natural variations or blemishes may occur. These are inherent characteristics of the handmade process and are not considered product defects.

Due to the significant costs associated with shipping home decor items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. An exception is made only for products with a verified manufacturing defect or items that were damaged during transit. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement.

To initiate a replacement request, please send an email to our customer support with your order number and clear photographs detailing the issue. We will coordinate a reverse pick-up for the original item. The replacement will be dispatched after we have received the returned product.

We strongly encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If you discover any defect, damage, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it for you.
